Recipe of The Day: Home Made Barbecue Marinade


Ingredients:

1 small pack of Del Monte tomato paste
1 whole garlic, minced
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup salt

1. Mix all ingredients together and use to marinade pork and chicken overnight.
2. Mixture can cover around 1/2 kilo of meat. Leftover marinade can be brushed on meat while barbecueing.
